Q What is required to receive our services?
You will need a prescription for therapy from your doctor. You will need a referral if your insurance plan requires one. On your first visit, you need to bring
your prescription, your referral (if needed) and your insurance card(s).
Q What hours are available for appointments?
Our main facilities are open Monday and Thursday
from 10:00am - 7:30pm
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday from 7:30am - 3:30pm
Our Hand Therapy at Lower Bucks Hospital is open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:30am - 3:00pm.
Q What information do I need to schedule an appointment?
When you call for an appointment, please have ready the following information:
Your physician's full name and date of your prescription,
Your insurance company name, phone number and ID number,
Your insurance card(s),
The policyholder's date of birth
and the patient's date of birth
Q Are you able to treat my condition or injury?
Every patient is treated only by a licensed professional Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant.
Eight of our Physical Therapists are also Board Certified Hand Therapists. These strong professional qualifications and our in depth experience enable us to provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment for a wide range of conditions, problems and injuries, including the neck and back and lower extremity as well as the upper extremity/hand.
Q Are all "Hand Therapists" alike?
No! A person identified as a "hand therapist" who is
not designated as a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), has NOT demonstrated that he or she has the required qualifications to be board certified through the Hand Therapy Certification Commission.
